Funky
Beat, Inc. is in compliance with the rules outlined in Cox Business
Services "Acceptable Use Policies - Paragraph D. Mass Mailing
Acceptable Use Policies: as outline below.
Funky Beat will not send
SPAM “unsolicited bulk email that includes advertisements or
solicitations, commercial or otherwise regardless of content.”
Funky Beat's
distribution list is presently at about 3500. The emails will be sent in
the following manner:

will be sent at a
maximum rate of 10 messages per second.
The
mailing
will be started and
completed between the hours of 11pm and 4am US Central Time.
All email distributions
will have a viable and clear instructions for “opting-out’ of the
subscriber list.
All email distributions
will have the subject of the email matching the body of the text.
The email will contain
valid physical postal addresses of the Funky Beat Store Locations.
Valid “From –
fip@funkybeat.com” “Reply to –
fip@funkybeat.com” “Return-Path –
fip@funkybeat.com” are valid addresses and will accept any bounces at
the rate they occur.

associated with Funky Beat emails can be made to the “Abuse Contact” Dean
Workman,
fip@funkybeat.com, Ph. 757-546-9150.
Emails will be sent by
the use of Cox Hosted SMTP servers only with the written permission by
Cox. No mass mailing will be sent through Cox SMTP servers unless formerly
agreed upon by Cox.
Funky Beat does not
“harvest” email address from Web sites or Web services.
Funky Beat will not
generate email address using a “dictionary attack”.
Funky Beat will not use
scripts or other automated ways to register for multiple email or user
accounts.
Funky Beat will not
relay emails through a computer or network.
